When it comes to blogging there are many unwritten rules, the rules we all know are there. The invisible lines we know not to cross. We see them, and we respect them. These rules are unwritten, they are invisible almost but as bloggers you learn what these rules are. You start to understand them and why they are there. It’s not uncommon that new bloggers don’t know these rules yet, because why would they? They are unwritten after all.

Showing support to your favourite bloggers is so important. We really appreciate and love being shown love and support from our readers. The main thing that keeps me going and keeps me posting is the love I have for my readers. My blog would be nowhere without you. You really are so important to bloggers and keep our motivation up. It took me way too long when I first started my blogging journey to understand and realise the importance of blogging friends and community. But now I am more of an experienced blogger, I understand the need to have that support system.

Loving someone selflessly no matter the circumstance isn’t something that comes easy, especially if they have mental health illnesses. Friendships & relationships can become strained when theres a lack of communication & understanding of one another. When it comes to Mental illnesses it can become even harder to navigate relationships, especially if its not you but your friend or partner that has the mental illness.

One thing in life is certain, we will all feel anxious or stress at some point in our lives. According to www.mentalhealth.org, 74% of UK adults have felt so stressed at some point over the last year they felt overwhelmed or unable to cope. That 74% represents a lot of people. It’s always humbling to know that you aren’t the only one that goes through these feelings.

You may have clicked on this post because you are anxious, you suffer from anxiety or you want to learn how to worry less.
