Do you feel as though you have good body positivity? Do you love yourself and the body that you are in? I know it can be hard to answer those questions, because for me it depends what day it is. Looking smaller than my age has always been an insecurity of mine. Most of my friends are either taller than me or have bigger bodies than mine.
