1. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF

Reach out to friends and family you trust, and find out if they’ve ever had moments of immense self-doubt. You might be surprised. Realizing you’re not alone enables you to gain more confidence to help others who might share your sentiments. 4. LEAVE YOUR COMFORT ZONE
The more you stay within your comfort zone, the fewer opportunities you’ll be presented with to grow. Venturing out of what you find easy and comfortable exposes you to new, daring, and potentially exciting opportunities that help you build your confidence.
With low confidence, you might find leaving your comfort zone disorienting, so it’s best to take baby steps, using the best of your abilities with every step. Know that each time you face and conquer your fears, you increase your confidence levels marginally, enabling you to handle any curve balls life throws at you later.
