Self love is a topic I’ve wanted to dive into for a while now, as I am on the self love journey myself. So it thought it would be a good idea to share the steps I’m taking myself to learn how to love myself more. It’s not a quick change that can happen to learn to love yourself, there are many layers you have to peel back to find the deep root in order to pull it out. Body image has always been a thing I have struggled with, along with a lot of other people too I’m sure. We only get one specific type of body type slapped in our faces from when we are really young. And if we don’t fit within that type we are made to feel as though we aren’t beautiful. I’m here today to share some tips with you on what I’m actively doing to help build that positive thinking process about my own body image.
