I cannot quite believe that I re-started this blog a whole 8 months ago, and wow let me tell you blogging has taught me so much. In July 2020 I came back into blogging with no real idea of the way that I wanted my website to go. I had no plan or anything in place and just kind of went with the flow. Blogging has taught me so many wonderful life lessons, and enabled me to do some pretty amazing things so far.

I remember like it was yesterday when I was a new blogger, I felt so overwhelmed at everything there is to learn that it made me feel very anxious. I remember seeing so many established bloggers on WordPress, thinking I want to be just like them! And then we make an assumption on their character and who they are as we get to know them. Alot of the time people don’t do this to be mean or nasty to others. It’s human nature and often we can’t help ourselves. It can take alot of time and effort to re-wire our brains into not doing this.

The day is finally here for my SEO guide to be released into the world. I have been working so hard behind the scenes to create this SEO for beginners guide. So many of you purchased the 30 day blogging plan and really loved it. So when thinking of a new guide to create, I tried to think of the one thing alot of bloggers struggle with. And that is SEO. When I first started blogging I had no idea what it was or even how I would implement it on my blog.
Making the guide easy to read and understand was one of the most important things I kept in mind whilst creating it. Because I know how complicated SEO can be, I made sure to keep everything really clear and concise. I didn’t want another document filled with big words and things that made no sense. Because that would not be helpful at all.

I never thought in my life that I would be writing a post about pandemic anxiety. Much like everyone else in the world, this pandemic came as a surprise. I remember first hearing about the coronavirus, and hearing that it was only in China and it wasn’t something we should worry about here in the UK. Then each week, heck even each day it seemed to get closer and closer to home. The period between it being discovered in China and it hitting England wasn’t too long. Coming up with new and fresh blog post ideas on a regular basis can be so hard. Writers block can strike at any moment and all of a sudden your creativity goes out the window. Something I wish I had learnt earlier on in my blogging journey is how much I needed blogging friends. I think alot of us when we first start out blogging just do whatever. Which is expected, because when you go into something blindly you don’t really know the right or wrongs. I don’t know about you, but I did zero research before starting my blog. I just found WordPress, entered my details and created my site. Without actually thinking about the stuff I needed to do, in order to achieve my goals.
All the talk around town seems to be about the Covid Vaccine, and for very good reason. It seems that half of the world wants it and half don’t trust it. When I first heard of the Covid vaccine I was a little suspicious of it. How can they develop a vaccine for a virus that is relatively new? How have they done it so quickly?
I said countless times that I wouldn’t get it if given the opportunity. But obviously as the title of this post suggests, I changed my mind. I did my own research and did what was best for me. And you should do the same. Don’t let the media or the people around you make the decision for you. Its your body so it should be your choice.
