I remember the first time I heard someone use the phrase new seasons of life. And I really loved how it sounded. Whenever I go through new changes or circumstances in life, I often now refer to them as new seasons of life. And recently I went through one myself. Often they are hard to navigate, and hard to come to terms with. But ultimately they are important and needed to help us to grow as people.

I remember like it was yesterday when I was a new blogger, I felt so overwhelmed at everything there is to learn that it made me feel very anxious. I remember seeing so many established bloggers on WordPress, thinking I want to be just like them! And here I am nearly 9 months later and I have finally now just started to find my feet with blogging. I feel like as more of an established blogger now, I really want to help and provide advice to new bloggers or bloggers who just need some help. At one point we were all a new blogger, struggling to navigate the site we just signed up to and trying to figure out what to even write about. We have all been there, and it really can be a struggle sometimes. Before I was a blogger I’d come across so many beautiful and professional looking sites whilst trying to find one of my favourite cookie recipes. I’d be in awe of the sleek designs and professional imagery I saw. I wondered how much time and effort was put into creating and maintaining a site like that.
We assume that people who have professional looking sites are long standing bloggers and have been in the business for a while, but thats not always true. I have blogging friends who have beautiful looking sites who just posted their first blog a month ago. It’s really all down to the time and effort the individual puts into their website.
