Haircare Essentials and Tricks for Luscious Locks Everyday

Having beautiful luscious locks can really change your confidence game. When you’re feeling good on the inside it really reflects on the outside and alot of the time the first thing people spot when they see you is your hair.

This is a contributed post.

There are so many hair care essentials out there on the market, so today I’ll be sharing some of my top products and tips and tricks to having lovely hair all the time.

INVEST IN GOOD HAIR PRODUCTS

Having good quality hair products is a game changer. Whether it’s shampoo & conditioner or dry shampoo. Finding your perfect hair products can make a world of difference to your hair.

Sometimes good hair products don’t even have to be expensive. There have been times where I have used cheaper shampoo and preferred it over the more expensive stuff. It really just depends on your hair type and texture. This may involve some trial and error but once you have your holy grail products down, stick to them and see how your hair transforms.

MINIMISE HEAT

It seems obvious but minimising the use of heat on your hair can really be so beneficial to your overall hair quality but your growth too. Hairline repair is all too familiar with some and it could be minimised in some cases if people were more educated on how to look after their hair properly.

Perhaps have dedicated days in the week where you use heat and then other days where you don’t. Reducing heat damage and investing in a good heat protectant can make so much difference to your hair quality.

GET CUTS REGULARLY

Some don’t realise how great getting regular hair cuts is. Think about all those dry, dead ends being cut away. Making space for new hair to grow. Schedule maintenance or a fresh cut on a regular basis, whether you’re wanting to grow your hair or not. Cutting away those bad ends can encourage more growth of healthier hair.

Make sure you don’t leave it too long between appointments!

What do you do to look after your hair? Do you have any tips you could share?
