I can’t even believe I am writing my 12 month weight loss update. A whole 12 months of hard work and dedication. I can’t believe I have got to this point. I dreamt of the day that I got to write a 12 month update here on my blog. Losing weight always felt so impossible for me. I had so many things working against me, but here I am. I cannot quite believe that my 10 month update has come around so quickly. In one way time has gone so fast and in others it has gone so slow. I started this journey back in April 2021, without any idea how long I would be going for. Looking back at pictures and videos of myself back then is almost like looking at a stranger.
