I can’t even believe I am writing my 12 month weight loss update. A whole 12 months of hard work and dedication. I can’t believe I have got to this point. I can’t quite believe its now my 3rd month of receiving my Degusta box! I feel like as more months pass the more exciting it gets. Getting that delivery text message the day before almost makes it hard to sleep. I sometimes feel like a kid on Christmas Eve! Honestly, receiving these boxes has really made lockdown that more bearable. Its given me something that I can look forward to each month, which is few and far between at the moment.

After such an interesting year spent indoors and a year feeling less healthier than we were, I’m almost certain that I am not the only one who gained a few pounds.
