    And I now try to restrict myself from opening TikTok till after 12pm cause it’s literally becoming a part of my morning routine.

  2. I do silence my phone from 9PM to 7AM, but I’ve also put that Iphone as far as possible from my bed…and went a bought an actual alarm clock, no more using that phone to wake me up, the goal is checking that phone the last thing I do, at least a few hours after I wake up….
