How to Effectively Manage Your Finances

How to Effectively Manage Your Finances

From a very young age, it’s so important that you learn how to manage your finances. Having money is a really big responsibility. It’s sad that alot of parents and schools fail to provide young people with the knowledge they need to learn how to properly manage their finances. It’s obviously not something you have to worry about as a young adult, but as soon as you get a job you need to know how to do it.

Showing Your True Emotions is Okay & Here Is Why

Showing Your True Emotions is Okay & Here Is Why

Being quiet is not always a good idea, showing your true emotions is. Nobody knows how you feel if you don’t speak for yourself. As Johnny Depp said, “People who cry are not weak. They are just tired of being strong.” If you cry, you’re not a kid. If you get angry, you’re not a psycho. If you are sorry for something then you’re not a loser. Expressing your true emotions is not at all wrong.

The Best Way to Bulk Write Your Blog Content

The Best Way to Bulk Write Your Blog Content

When I first started blogging I had no idea what it was to bulk write content. I tended to just write as I went and even sometimes write my posts on the day before posting. Bulk writing was something I looked into months down the line and its the strategy and way I have been creating content for my blog for months now. As bloggers I feel like we are pressed for time alot. We have another things to do on our lists. And actually writing only equates to about 30% of what we do behind the scenes. Writing obviously plays a big part in our websites, but time is usually not on our side. I don’t have time to sit and write posts every single day, especially as I work full time around my blog.

A Mental Health Catch Up

A Mental Health Catch Up

Periodically, I love to have mental health catch ups in my real life. Having friends I can message and family I can turn to when I’m not feeling my best really helps so much. I was sat thinking about this, and then slowly came to the realisation that so many people don’t have those friends or family members to lean on in hard times. Don’t get me wrong, I never ever take it for granted, but this realisation made me appreciate those in my life a little bit more.

4 Things To Do Before You Rent a House

As many of you know, I am currently on my journey in moving home and looking into how you rent a house. It’s not one of the easiest things I have ever started to do. Which means, people like me are struggling to find somewhere they like and can afford.

How I Gained 4 Thousand Blog Followers In a Year

When I first started my blog, I never knew that I would ever gain 4 thousand blog followers let alone do it in under a year. If you have been around since Olivia Lucie Blake started in July 2020, you’d have seen how hard I worked and how fast my blog really took off. I came back to blogging with no expectations. And truly, I believe thats how things work out. If you go into something with no expectations you can’t be let down if they are not met.
