30 Blogmas Post Ideas For Bloggers

Even though my blog has been around for 5 years, this will be the first Christmas where I will be an active blogger! How exciting. And with that, I had heard the word ‘blogmas’ being thrown around occasionally and did some research into it. If you’re familiar with YouTube and vlogmas, its the same concept. You post a blog post everyday in the lead up to Christmas.

I haven’t decided if I wanted to take part or not, but I thought it would be helpful to post some post ideas if you decide to take part! I’m posting this obviously really early before Christmas, because if you do want to take part I’d start writing the posts now!

      1. That’s why I started early. I find most of the posts don’t take a lot of research so they are pretty easy to write. I am looking forward to it. You should give it a try!

  5. I always loved watching Zoella’s vlogmas but this blogmas sounds very interesting. I might try it but it is petrifying to think I would have to write 30 posts (Christmas related) in 30 days😬

    1. Me too! I kept thinking about it as I wrote this post. Hers is the only vlogmas I ever watch!

      I decided to do it, and have started writing the posts today 🤗

      You could always do 12 days of Christmas blogmas instead? 🙂

  10. These are actually really cool ideas! I might be a hybrid blogmas grinch and only write up a few of the posts depending on my schedule, but I’ll def be reading all of your posts 😊

  14. It’s a fascinating idea. The list of topics actually form a nice to do list re fun things to do with Christmas. I won’t be doing blogmas but, I think I will be doing some Christmas posts of a different nature.

    We have started our Christmas preparations already. So, getting the outside sorted (We have Melbourne Cup coming up in a couple of weeks – so it is chicken and champagne at our place for lunch before the race as opposed to going out for obvious reasons), getting the gardens sorted – inspired by Markus and Micah on that one, checking the Christmas lights and rediscovering the new lights we bought last year. On Sunday we brought a giant blow up Santa riding on a shark to be part of the display!

      The Santa riding a shark is a big giveaway too haha!

      You’re right though, I didn’t realise but alot of the posts I suggested could be Christmas activities too!

      2. 😆 that will give u plenty of time to prepare 😂😂

        Perhaps study on the benefits of being a vegetarian? And write from the angle of a meat eater and figure out what you learnt. Or, watch a show about vegetarianism and do a review on it?😊
