When searching for Blogmas post inspiration I stumbled across Laurenyloves, and a few years ago she posted the Christmas tag. I had never heard of it before so thought it would make a great addition to my blogmas posts as its all about Christmas (duh). The Christmas tag works like any other blogging tag, you answer pre-set questions and share the answers with your followers/readers.
Once you have read the responses, if you feel lead then please do this yourself too! I wont be tagging anyone as I think it will be quite short notice to get it done before the holiday season is over. But if you want to do it, then please do! Just tag Lauren as thats where I got the post questions from.
Lets get started!Read more

I think we can all agree that Holiday stress is a real thing. The Holidays can be so stressful, there’s so much to do and buy and make and you only have a limited amount of time. So many people put pressure on themselves at Christmas, they think they have to go big or go home, and thats just not true. Its always good to remember the reason for the season, and remind yourselves that not everything has to be perfect.
Not only is there stress at Christmas but I think there’s alot of expectation too. We put this expectation on ourselves and sometimes without even knowing it, we put it on others too. Today I will be sharing some tips on how you can create yourself a stress free Christmas! I hope you leave this post feeling more positive and relaxed about the festive season! So Let’s get into the tips!Read more
There are many things I’ll miss about 2020 , and thats a bold statement considering this year has been tough. We have been and still are living through a global pandemic. We have seen innocent people of colour die in the hands of those who swore to protect them. We have seen fires in several countries destroying homes and businesses. I mean I could go on and on describing the terrible things that have happened this year. But in amongst the bad stuff there have been some positives, and those are the things I’ll miss the most.
Instead of focusing on the bad stuff, I thought I’d end the year on a high. I want to share the things I’ll miss about 2020 as we go into 2021. And I want you to do the same too. Take some time to really think about the good stuff that has happened to you this year, even if it’s that you simply survived the year.Read more
I don’t know about you but I love hearing about other peoples Christmas Day routines. I love how we all do things so different and how we all have our own traditions and things we must do every year to celebrate the season. My Christmas Day routine has obviously changed in the years, there’s no waking up at 5am to see if Santa has visited or not being able to fall asleep due to excitement, but none the less its still exciting!
As the title suggests, I’ll be going through my Christmas Day routine for you, and I want to hear about yours in the comments too!Read more
Whether they are doing Blogmas or they are posting Christmas content, as bloggers we know now more than ever that we need your support. No matter the time of year or season, we are always striving to create good content for our websites. Theres something about Christmas content though that requires that extra level of research and time put into the posts.
There are alot of bloggers out there who have spend countless days and nights preparing for Blogmas and December. It took me nearly 2 months to write all of my 25 Blogmas posts. Some bloggers depend on their blogs for their income, and with that extra time they’re putting in, its up to us to make sure we are supporting where we can.
So for todays post, I thought why not share some ways you can support bloggers during this Christmas season. Of course these tips can be used throughout the year too, but it’s important to have a focus on the Christmas season. Because this is blogmas after all!Read more
I’m not sure what it is about the Christmas season, but I always feel a sense of gratitude. Being grateful for health, family and the many other blessings we have in life. We should of course be thankful for everyday of our lives and make the most of them all year round. But something about Christmas brings out the best of people. Maybe it’s the reason for the season, maybe its because Christmas is about Jesus and the love he showed when he died for us. I like to think thats why people start being kinder and more loving to one another.
On the flip side, Christmas can be hard for some people. It can be tough as Christmas time is about family and love, and some people don’t have that. For todays Blogmas post I thought we could talk about how we can be more grateful this Christmas, and how we can be truly thankful for the life we are living.Read more
