There are so many variables as to how you grow your website and increase traffic. Thats why I wanted to create the 30 day blogging strategy so much. It has so many tips and tricks for you to use and actually makes you put in the hard work to achieve your goals. Growing your blog is not black and white and actually takes so much work. To Feel beautiful is hands down one of the best feelings in the world, am I right?

There is something so uplifting about feeling confident in who you are and what you are. It’s deeper than outward appearance. Feeling beautiful is more than just what we look like, it’s about who we are as people. Society deems only one type of person beautiful, and thats the people you see on the front of magazine covers and on adverts. But let’s face it, the average person doesn’t look like that. And its easy for us to feel self doubt or insecurities, but that doesn’t mean we are less beautiful than they are.

It is What It is

Do you ever find yourself in situations saying it is what it is? I find myself saying this when I get let down or if plans don’t play out like I thought they would. I mean the whole of 2020 was a big it is what it is wasn’t it? Because of the year we had in 2020 I think we all have this mentality now to some extent. We all had plans that year to do great things and see family and make memories and instead it brought loss, death, heartbreak and isolation. And it really reminded me that we really aren’t in control of our lives. We can control our now but not so much our future.

If you’re a blogger, writer or anything to do with creating, at some point I’m sure you have found that your inspiration levels have run low. Which has probably left you feeling frustrated, annoyed and deflated at the fact you can’t think of anything new. We have all been there and know just how that feels. Inspiration can come from so many different places, you just have to go looking in the right place.

It’s like a battle of two forces. You want to create something but you just don’t know what. There are times I go through this with writing. I actually went through just that whilst trying to think of blog content and thats how this post was created. Do you feel as though you have good body positivity? Do you love yourself and the body that you are in? I know it can be hard to answer those questions, because for me it depends what day it is. Some days I wake up feeling great, I love myself and I embrace who I am. Others I wake up feeling the total opposite. And thats totally normal.

We are living in a world where there is one type of body that is admired by the masses and one type of body that is socially acceptable. And if our bodies don’t fit that standard it can leave us feeling less worthy, or not beautiful enough. Which should not be the case at all.

After such an interesting year spent indoors and a year feeling less healthier than we were, I’m almost certain that I am not the only one who gained a few pounds. If you were part of the lucky few who challenged themselves to a healthier lifestyle, good on you. Unfortunately, I cannot relate. My lockdown started off great, and then it wasn’t. I could give you every excuse about why it all went south, but that won’t help anyone. Instead, I would just like everyone who is in a similar situation to know that it’s okay.
