Its October Degusta Box review time! It’s funny because I measure time by how long its been since I started working with Degusta box. And in December it will be a whole year of working with them. They truly are my favourite company to work with on these reviews! And I am so excited to be reviewing their October Degusta box for you today.
The theme this month was movie night. As the dark nights come in, and the cosy weather starts a movie night themed box is perfect to kick off the winter season. This months box was filled with some favourites and some surprises!
As always, the box was filled with 12-15 new released snack items in the UK. The great thing about the box is that you pay less than you’d pay normal in the store (which is such a plus!). Their boxes are £12.99 a month and have a retail value of £20.
Degusta Box have kindly provided my readers with a discount code which gives £3 off your first order. Use code ‘ QZSK0’ at checkout.

WHAT I RECEIVED IN MY BOX

V.I.Bs – Mcvities Chocolate Digestives £1.79
If you love biscuits, and love cherry and love chocolate then this one is for you! I would give these a solid 10/10. The cherry flavour wasn’t too over powering but it was strong enough to taste it. Really loved these.

Indie Bay Snacks – Lightly Salted and Barbecue Pretzel Thins – £0.89 each
As I am eating healthy and exercising finding low calorie yummy snacks is amazing for me. And these did not disappoint. I loved these.

Bruschette Maretti Oven Baked Bruschette Chips – £1.49
These were probably meant to go ontop of salads or with soup but I legit ate them out of the bag. They were UNREAL. The tomato, olive and oregano taste was so nice.

Sempio Bulgogi Sauce – £1.20
I bet you were not expecting to see this in my October Degusta box review this month! I love that Degusta box includes food from around the world! I’m looking forward to trying these as I haven’t yet but I am desperately trying to think of recipes to use it with!

Pot Noodle Fusions – Katsu Curry and Thai Green Curry – £1.39 each
Who doesn’t love a pot noodle?! I love that they’re trying new things and these sound so delicious. I am such a fan of both of these flavours so I know they will not disappoint!

Poppets – Toffee and Mix Ups – £1.00 each
I haven’t had poppets for years and years and I was so excited to try these. They were not my favourite. The Toffee ones were the best out of the two in my opinion. I just don’t think the chocolate was the nicest on these.

Mutti Passata – £1.55
Passata is such a staple ingredient in so many homes! This passata tasted so yummy! Such a nice blend of tomatoes.

Barebells Caramel Crisp – £2.49
This protein bar was nice! I’m personally not really a fan of protein bars as I don’t like the texture most of them have. But overall I would give this a good 7/10.

Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups Trio – £0.99
I am NOT a fan of peanut butter flavoured chocolate, so gave these to a friend to try. They said they were delicious!

Newman’s Own Blue cheese Dressing & Dip – £1.75
I really want to like blue cheese, but I tried this and confirmed that I do not in fact like blue cheese at all! I’m sure if you were a blue cheese fan though that this would be for you!

Baker Street Classic Hot Dog Rolls – £1.50
I had these with no hot dog but used them as a sandwich bun and I was very confused. The bread tasted sweet? It was very odd. They were okay. I don’t think I’d get them again.

Cheerios – Vanilla Os – £2.65
Wow, I am so excited to try these they look so good. I love that they’re labelled low sugar too. So many cereals contain such high sugars that its good to see that its low in these!
The bread tasted sweet because they are pain ou lait. It’s French for bread with milk. We have these in Lebanon. I love them
I don’t think they were. I have had pain ou lait before. These were hot dog buns
Oh. Strange…
Right?! Thats why I was so confused that they tasted sweet!
