This Time Next Year

I always love looking forward to see what I’ll be up to this time next year. So when I saw that B from mindbeautysimplicity had tagged me in this tag on Twitter I knew for sure I had to do it. Click here to read her post!

I am never usually one to set goals, especially New Years ones. I am more of a short term goal person, but I can always see the fun in writing down goals you have in mind and seeing if you achieved them by a certain date. Fun fact about me, I don’t ever set New Years resolutions! I used to as a teenager but as an adult I stopped seeing the point in them. But, I can see the fun in taking part of this tag!

I don’t think this tag has any rules, do I think I’ll share some blogging goals and some personal goals aswell. So, let’s see what goals I have in mind for next year.

MY GOALS FOR NEXT YEAR

RUN A HALF MARATHON

As many of you will know, I signed up to run a half marathon in May next year. It’s such a big goal of mine for 2022 and will be such an achievement when I complete it. I first started running back in April 2021 and just fell in love with it instantly. Running is such a good outlet for me, and it really gives me time to release my thoughts and feelings. It’s almost like therapy.

Running a half marathon seems like such an unattainable goal for me. The farthest I have run at the moment is 7.5km and half marathons are about 22km. So I have a ways to go. But I have faith in myself that I will get it done!

CREATE AND SELL MORE HELPFUL BLOGGING CONTENT

In the first year of blogging I created and sold two separate blogging guides. One on how to grow your blog in 30 days, and another about SEO. They both did so well and helped so many people. One of my main goals with this blog is to share the knowledge I have of blogging and help others.

I hope to create a couple more blogging guides and sell them for you guys!

For a year now I have been trying to find a new place to live. And anybody who is trying to buy or sell or even rent anywhere right now, knows how much of a struggle this is. I request to view properties and even bookings just for viewings are really hard to get. I know the right place will come available, I just need to be patient. Which I have been!

WORK WITH MORE BRANDS ON MY BLOG

This time next year I hope to be working with more brands on my blog. It’s something I aspire to do often. But with blogging and making money from blogging its never consistent. I have posted about different companies I have worked with before, but its so seasonal. Some months It will be great and I will work with so many different brands, and others it’s none at all.

Consistent income from my website would be wonderful, so I am hoping thats something I can do this time next year!
