With everybody starting to decorate for Christmas I thought I’d kick off Blogmas with a post on how to decorate your home for Christmas. I always love seeing other peoples Christmas decor and I always want to know where they get everything from. Mental health is not black and white. There are so many different factors and things that effect different people. Some things that affect my mental health might not affect yours and vice vice versa.
