Something thats really important to me, and something I like to remind people of is the good things they have in life. I especially like to do this when I’m having a rough time, it really helps to put things into perspective. Being thankful in the mist of a bad time or a bad period of mental health is something I really cling to, to help me feel better.
So today I thought I would spread some positivity in the internet world and came up with the idea of this post. I want this post to be a hub of positivity. Where we all come together to share the things we are grateful for in life, and so we can encourage and remind each other of the good things we have.

Here is my list. I actually could have done a-lot more than 10, but thought I’d share just a few with you. Thats the power of being thankful, you often sit there thinking you have nothing to be grateful for but once you start writing you often could keep going and going. It really helps to put you in a positive mindset.
I appreciate and are aware that I don’t know the situation you are in currently, but I think no matter the situation there is always something good in amongst the bad, even if you cant see it right now. There will always be unkind, ugly and negative situations that happen in life. I think its up to us how we react to them.
